One key difference: the climate

Here in the morning a layer of frost covers the leaves, the sun warms a little less and the stony ground brings stronger scents to the grapes.

Climb higher

From time to time it is necessary to reverse the perspective, look from the other side of the telescope, escape from the comfort zone. And in fact, here in via Cor, you are right on the other side of the DOCG Prosecco Conegliano Valdobbiadene, on the other ridge. But with one fundamental difference: the climate.

The 400 mts above sea level allow the vines to grow at a lower temperature than in traditional production areas. Here in the morning a layer of frost covers the leaves, the sun warms a little less and the stony ground brings stronger scents to the grapes.
